Although we did not find anything negative about Chewy.com, we decided we would include some negative customer reviews. Some of the complaints stated that there were discrepancies with their pricing and discounts.
As an example, a customer found a 20% discount, but the coupon could not be used on the chosen pet food they were buying.
Chewy did respond by letting us know that the brand this customer chose did not qualify for a discount by the wishes of the brand. They added that the customer could use his or her discount on any product that is eligible for a discount.
